The Old Iron Mule
Thia is my colored pencil drawing of a 1941 Case Tractor that I spotted
in a small field. I took advantage of the close proximity to the road
and got some great pictures.I used those pictures as a model for this
rusted old tractor. As I drew this tractor I marveled at the changes in
the world since this tractor rolled off the assembly line 79 years ago,
More than likely this tractor replaced the old mule or horse. A long
life and now resting peacefully in the countryside as time slowly
dissolves it into dust.
